Smart Properties is a new HubSpot feature that allows you to create dynamic property options based on rules. This means you can tailor the options a user sees in a dropdown field (like "Course Interest" or "Lead Source") based on the values of other properties - without needing custom code or workflows.

For example:
If “Region” is set to “International,” the “Country” field can auto-filter to show only relevant options.
